the American judiciary system is absolutely corrupt
1. Schmitz isn’t even in the process of being tried yet, so it’s impossible for him to have received 50 years. So that part is false.
2. The dude’s name is Miguel Carcaño, and the rape and murder he committed occurred in SPAIN, as did his sentencing.
3. Schmitz is in custody of the NEW ZEALAND police.
All in all, this has nothing to do with the American justice system at all. So I’d advise people to stop talking out their asses because they clearly know jack shit about what they talk about.
I learned all of this by spending 5 minutes on Google. It took me longer to type this up.
I could care less about politics, but what really pisses me off is how willing our generation is to believe anything they see.
the Judiciary system is indeed corrupt and flawed; however, it was a general statement. Clearly there are other factors and background information that go into the sentencing. The statement that I made was a general one that was ignited by the message sent in the, apparently, “un-factual” photograph..
